Sometimes you have a bit of news so good you can’t bear to hold it in any longer, and indeed, I am fortunate today to herald the arrival of the latest Bocoup engineer: Sue Lockwood!

Sue’s been leading the charge on the development of fauxton, a revamped interface for administering CouchDB, and joins us from Cloudant. We’ve known Sue from around the Boston community for awhile, and we’re elated about the opportunity to work with her to build the open web.

Aside from writing and leading the development of web applications, Sue’s talents include drawing, illustrating, making puppets and baking with that fruit venerated above all others in our company lore: the banana.

You can find Sue doing business here on the internet under the name deathbearbrown on Twitter and GitHub, and explore (some) of her awesome artwork on dribbble.
