Everyone at Bocoup has 25% open source time to work on free software every week. Creating an opportunity for team members to explore open source on a regular basis is a priority for Bocoup.


Bocoup is a part of the international Open Web community. We work with some amazing people outside of Bocoup and we support our own team members’ stewardship of community.

Free Training

We are always developing new classes at Bocoup, and every member of the team can sign up for free.

Perch time

Bocoup team members “perch” for a minimum of 4 weeks per year. During this time you will work on the internal software team doing research, building software and working on new projects.
