Pam Drouin really drew us in with her impressive design skills and warm personality… so we’re thrilled to announce that she’s joined the team at Bocoup!

Pam started her career as a librarian, having earned degrees in English Literature as well as Library and Information Science, but ultimately, her love of computers and meaningfully organized information inspired her to explore a career in design. Pam joins us most recently from Proquest and the University of Washington, where she spent time in product and design roles, further deepening her skills in user interaction and experience, content strategy, and information architecture.

Pam’s design acumen extends from the digital to the physical world—she and her spouse designed their own camper van, which they drove on their cross-country move from Florida to the place Pam was always meant to live: Seattle.

In her free time, Pam enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her spouse and their schnoodle, relaxing over coffee or cocktails, and learning new things. Some nights, you can also find Pam attending community meetups and co-organizing the Content Strategy Seattle Meetup.

Please join us in welcoming Pam to the Bocoup fam, and be sure to check out her site and say hello on Twitter, GitHub, or Instagram!
