Lorin Bond

Sr. Project Manager

Lorin leads the Project Management team, working with our consultants to establish healthy processes for project delivery. She coaches our staff in project management and execution, making continuous improvements to strengthen client work as well as internal support structures. Lorin also participates in strategic planning and business leadership at Bocoup.

In addition to earning her BA at UC Berkeley and an MBA and an MS in Information Systems at Boston University, Lorin is a certified ScrumMaster; a Six Sigma Lean Professional; a Change Management Specialist; and a Certified Usability Analyst.

Lorin’s breadth of experience in leadership and project management includes helping to build a Usability Center of Excellence at Chevron, helping to shape strategy, define key metrics, and evangelizing the program across the company. She has worked in consulting and project management for several other organizations including local government and a boutique consulting firm in California.

Lorin’s love for problem solving drives her to help individuals and groups become more efficient and productive — and to have fun while doing it.
