Brian thinks code, art, and jokes are a grand slam, and tries to apply all three to his everyday life. He is the creator of loads of NPM modules, and writes his deep thoughts and feelings in his Lisa Frank Light Up Diary.

Before joining Bocoup, he was a senior developer at the Mozilla Foundation and, before that, taught and evaluated computer science education for at-risk sloths. He is the organizer of BrooklynJS, a developer meetup based in Brooklyn – one of several ventures he has become involved in to attract more people to the open web development community.
